Local taste German Pork Ribs

Pork Ribs Tea or Bak Kut Teh is one of the famous in Melaka. My cousin run a restaurant serving this food. In fact, i have a few cousins and all of them also running a restaurant serving this Pork Ribs Tea but in different locations. Three of them in Melaka and one in Kuala Lumpur. It is called Teo Chew Bak Kut Teh. Today, together with my sister, after sending her Toyota car for service, we came to one of the branch at Taman Merdeka. We ordered Bak Kut Teh for two persons, German Pork Ribs and a stir fry vegetable. We just can't wait to try the food as the result this photo was taken after we had eaten half way. I had tried German Pork Leg in Munich before. However, my cousin's pork leg is more customize to local favour. Some chinese wine added gravy has been added which add on the aromatic to the food. Meat texture is not too hard and just enough for chewing. In Germany, pork leg must goes with beer and in Melaka, it must go with rice! Hong Zheng loving it!
