Roselle Swirl Cheesecake and the supporters

Baked a Roselle swirl cheesecake. Hong Zheng was trying it.
He told me it is "YUM".

Hong Zheng likes cheese and so he likes cheesecake.
My first attempt in baking cheesecake was also due to him. When you learn to bake, you need supporter as the eaters. At home, i have two supporters, Hong Zheng and his dad.

At Hong Zheng's grandpa house, i have even more supporters, his grandpa, grandma, auntie, my sister-in-law, my brother and my cousins.

I still remembered my mum told me: "This raisin bread is good!" when she was looking on a food book. She inspired me to learn bread baking too...
