Baking cookies is always not my top favourite if compare to bread and cheesecake but today i tried up the oat cookies hoping to clear up the oat cereal in my pantry.Process is simple but the outcome is not what i am hoping for maybe due to the grain oat that i use. It is not the one called in recipe but i am using the organic grain wheat which consists of ten different grains.
