Hong Zheng is my QC cum little helper in my kitchen. Whenever i do a baking, he will taste every single ingredients in my recipe, off course i will give him those ingredients that he can try out such as banana, milk powder and sugar. But sometimes, without my knowledge, he will try those ingredients such as floar or raw eggs. He can name all the ingredients for baking bread, such as raisin, sugar, butter, milk powder and water. When his book has a picture of muffin making, he can name them all.
